We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our website forms: full name, email address, phone number, and — for the valuation form — the property address.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from anyone under 14 years of age.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to: (a) respond to your enquiry or service request; (b) prepare and send you a personalised property valuation; (c) keep you informed about our services if you give explicit consent.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

4. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, once the relationship ends, for a maximum of three years, unless you exercise your right to erasure beforehand.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. We use Resend (resend.com) to send emails; they act as a data processor under GDPR-compliant safeguards.
